Not working after update

Hi there,
im sorry the plugin do not work anymore – lets try to find a solution. Can you give me some more informations?

Describe the problem
Here are a few questions to help you describe the problem?

• How does the error occur?
• How to reproduce? What steps are needed to have the error happend?
• Go to crop-thumbnail-settings. Run the quick-test. Is the test all green?
• Whats php-version you running at? Whats the wordpress version? Whats the plugin version?
• If any error message is printed, please copy and paste the message.
• Open your Browser Development-Tools (Chrome, firefox, IE/edge) Are there any javascript errors?

How to check for plugin incompatibility
Lets try to find out if crop-thumbnails mess with some other plugin.

1. Temporary deactivate all other plugins
2. Did crop-thumbnails work now?
3. Reactivate the first plugin.
4. Repeat from Step 2 until you find the plugin that is likely to causes the error in crop-thumbnails.

Its also possible that the plugin in combination with your theme causes the error. Try to use a wordpress-standard-theme. Is the error still present?

How good are your programming skills?
If we want to fix the bug it may be needed to adjust php files or check for javascript errors. If you are just a user it´s fine.

Do you have access to the php files and know how to make changes to them? Do you know javascript / php? Are you a theme/plugin-developer?

Version 1.0.3 will print some more debug informations inside the developer console. It seems your server do not respond correctly – this may caused by the plugin – but do not have to.

If you want to use an older Version you may have a look on the releases section of the github project (you need 0.10.15). But i recommend we try to fix the problem instead.

Do you use a image-size with a custom name? What are the names of the image-sizes you try?

Thank you – i got a notification via github about some code that may cause this issue. This will hopefully be fixed in the upcoming version (in 1 or 2 days).
