Not working anymore, please help

Thanks for a great plugin! Client has been using this for over a year very happily, so thanks for that.

Recently, because of google’s changes, the api stopped working. I activated billing and and setup api, so that is all proper now.

I updated the plugin to the latest and greatest version and followed instructions, set ip and http referrer restrictions accordingly etc. There are no error messages when I save changes.

The plugin is still not working (or calculating rather) at the moment. I enabled debugging – the customer is matching a zone but the no shipping message is displaying.

Could I please have some assistance with this?
