    Hello,

Could you please verify the following:

    1. That your E2Pdf template is connected to the correct form: https://e2pdf.com/docs/errors#5
    2. That the correct [e2pdf-attachment] shortcode, with the correct id is used in the mail message: https://e2pdf.com/docs/extensions/elementor-forms#e2pdf-attachment

If the issue persists, please submit a support ticket here: https://e2pdf.com/support/contact

    Thank you.

Both checked several times, already deleted the template and created a new one. No shortcode is working and I can only create a pdf afterwards from only one submission that has been sent before I installed your plugin. Since then not a single form-submission has been registered/saved, both not from Elementor and your plugin.

Problem solved, thanks to the premium support. I got permission to share the problem/solution:

There has been an issue with checking radio buttons in the PDF; however, the issue is connected with the Elementor Form bug, not E2Pdf. It is related to a problem where the radio option values have a space at the end of the value, so please pay attention not to add any spaces to the radio values in the Elementor Form when adding new radio values on each line.
