Not working correctly with link

Hello, I am having trouble with uploading CSV and XML. I have tried the free and pro version and same problem.

I have tried with unziped file and ziped file.

Here is the file when ziped: https://adtraction.com/productfeed.htm?type=feed&format=CSV&encoding=UTF8&epi=0&zip=1&cdelim=tab&tdelim=singlequote&sd=0&sn=0&flat=0&apid=1118337865&asid=1455061971

and not ziped: https://adtraction.com/productfeed.htm?type=feed&format=CSV&encoding=UTF8&epi=0&zip=0&cdelim=tab&tdelim=singlequote&sd=0&sn=0&flat=0&apid=1118337865&asid=1455061971

It shows an error with unsupported file when using ziped and it dosen’t work at all with unziped as the CSV file will not contain any information.
