Not working – Error 500

    Hi, thanks for making this plugin available.
    I recently installed it and while the setup process went well and connected to my freshdesk account, when I submit the form, I get 500 Internal server error. tried changing settings, but still nothing. Form submissions are not sent thru to freshdesk.

    Versions:
    Wordpress; 4.9.6
    Gravity form: 2.2.6.4
    You plugin:1.0

    Please help
