not working in custom field code

    I have using an advanced custom field plugin to post my articles ex: தகுதி: {cf:q_jobs}

    if I used this custom field code in your notification title box and send a notification to users, then the notification title is showing the same custom field code? why not showing the custom field data of the posts, while pushing the notification.
