    kingcomposer has released an update for wordpress 5.0 compatibility they do very well everything works normal, you check again

    Although the Gutenberg editor is slick, it’s technical requirements have been overlooked by UX designers. Classic example of the fox (coders) guarding the hen house (usability).
    The editor should have been optional.
    My fix:
    Disable Gutenberg plugin
    https://perishablepress.com/disable-gutenberg/
    Disables Gutenberg Block Editor and restores the Classic Editor and original Edit Post screen. Provides options to enable on specific post types, user roles, and more.
