Not working on managed wordpress

Hi there,

I recently migrated a site to a managed wordpress hosting and I’m having issues with the redirections.

The managed plan comes with its own cache and I’m guessing that’s probably it, but I just want to confirm that before thinking about changing back to cpanel hosting. The store really benefits from cache because it has a lot of images, is there something I can do?
