Not working on multisite

    I’ve had a ticket open since 11 July. Going back and forth but it is still not working in our multisite.

    Last Sunday I sent another request because the plugin is not optimizing images at all. Still no reply.

    Ticket #90389.

    Hi,

    The free plugin is not compatible with Multisites, you would need to use the Premium plugin

    I do have the premium. You dont reply to my tickets. So, i have no choice.

    Hi,

    I have checked your ticket and it looks like we have corresponding with you in our help desk and you have had a reply today.

    It is against forum regulations for us to deal with premium requests here, it needs to go through our support desk. I simply cannot help you here.
