After installing and activating I get the error:
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_FUNCTION in /home/content/55/8366355/html/wp-content/themes/maker/inc/customizer.php on line 135

Thanks for the heads-up. But this isn’t actually a syntax error. As I mentioned in a support ticket, this message is caused by an old PHP version. If you upgrade to the latest PHP version as suggested by WordPress requirements page, this error will be gone.
