not working, please help

    Ok, i desperately need help. I installed Meta slider. I tried to add a block and select meta slider like it said i could. Then it said I could create a slide show so I tried that. I was taken to a page where it talked about meta slider was gutenberg ready and I could click to learn more. i was taken to a link that gave no instructions. the second option said “quick start” and I could add images that way. Didn’t work. No links, nothing. The third slider said I could create a “black slide show” which makes no sense to me. It said I could create a slideshow with no images. Huh?! i ended up… ADDING IMAGES but it’s all really low quality. And it was like pulling teeth to find out how to delete the slideshow.
    I’m trying to run a business, I really need help with this. This plug in got a lot of good ratings but so far I think it’s no good. Can anyone help?

    Hi,

    The quality of the images depends on the width and height you have set in the slideshow settings. The very first setting is the width, so check there.

    If the quality is still low there could be another plugin or some theme styles causing a conflict. If you can share a URL I can check.

    To comment on your other messages, the button “Create blank slideshow” (blank, not black…) indicates you will be creating a slideshow with no images. It also has the additional text “Feel free to create a slideshow with no images.” If you have a suggestion to make this more clear, I’m all ears.
