it looks like booking activities has updated this morning – now when customers try to book they get an error saying that they have not selected an event, when I try to add a booking it tells me I have not confirmed the tick box for terms and conditions.
I cannot load a back up – i get an error and I cannot update a theme. Have emailed booking activities but not yet got an answer

I managed to resolve the issue by disabling plugin WP Hide & Security Enhancer but I need to find a solution to be able to run the plug in and also have a working booking system. Both this and booking activities plug ins have updated within the last 24 hours

I am sorry you encounter this conflict, unfortunately, compatibility with third party plugins is out of the support scope.
You can try to tweaks the security plugin options and test between each change, maybe the compatibility issue comes from a single option and not the entire plugin.
I had a very similar problem with Booking Activities and the Icegram Express plugin. Turned out both plugins defined their own versions of a serializeObject() function. I renamed the function defined in Icegram Express, and now everything works.
Hello, thank you for your feedback, however, the serializeObject function no longer exists in Booking Activities since version 1.15.13 (released on 23rd May 2023).
