Not working with do_shortcode

Hi,

First, thank you for this great plugin mate !! 🙂

I just have a problem when I add the CF7 shortcode (with a group) in a php file using do_shortcode. My form is correctly displayed and working but the group I want to hide isn’t hidden.

Do you know if it’s fixable ?
