I tried already with a Support Ticket at MailPoet. It looks like MailPoet don’t load all the CSS Links. If you will copy the CSS content of admin.css to customization, it will display the theme nearly correct.
It looks like MailPoet don’t load any plugin CSS.

We had a similar issue with Events Calendar plugin. This is issue has been fixed in the version 1.1.7. Please make sure you have the latest KAUI version installed.
I have the Version 1.1.7. I think it’s not a KAUI Problem. The same problem is also with AIT Easy Admin. If I’m not wrong, MailPoet thinks it’s not needed to load plugin CSS in the Backend (reducing the code). Plugin CSS are mostly for frontend design.

So, if I understand you right, the problem only appears on Admin pages from MailPoet. If this is the case than you are probably right and the issue is not related to KAUI.
Yes I think it’s only at the admin page if I understand mkslyderink correctly. I have the problem only at the admin page and I already open a request for fixing the problem at the support form of MailPoet.

That’s the answer from MailPoet:
Hello,
Thank you for writing. Our plugin code works this way because we aim to prevent JavaScript and CSS conflicts with our admin pages.
If you continue to have issues with your plugins, kindly contact us over email.
Thanks,
