• Hi. We are using your plugin but it doesnt seem to work 100% with caching enabled? It there any setting within the plugin to make sure he works 100% when caching is enabled? The popup shows ones and then he goes into cache and never shows again. We have free version from ww.wp.xz.cn.

That’s because of cookies. Check of our docs for closing and conversion cookie -> We changed cookies but it still doesnt work. Can you please help?

  • Hi.
What is the cache plugin you are using?

Try to change the “ustom URL” rule by the “Page Type” rule equals to Front Page.

Hi @jun-e-jay it seems to be an issue in your site that is preventing admin-ajax.php to execute.
That is default wordpress url for ajax requests and your site it’s redirecting it to /home.
I would start by deactivating other plugins to see if any is affecting admin-ajax.php

Hi, where do you see this error with admin-ajax.php? Because the whole website works fine as far as I can see?

Hope you can guide me a little bit, so we can get this popup to work 🙂

I checked the network console in the browser developers tools to see the ajax request and I saw that error.
