The theme I am using is Creativo. I can not seem to get Relevanssi to work at all. I’ve seen the posts about the type of search query and have not found that in this theme, yet it still doesn’t work. I’ve researched several Search plugins and prefer Relevanssi. I would like to purchase the Pro version for a few other sites I have but I also need it for this theme. Is there any chance of getting it to work if I purchase the Pro version?
Relevanssi Premium works exactly the same as the free version in most regards, so if the free version doesn’t work, then Premium won’t work either.
With Premium, though, you’ll get better support, and I can take a look at your site to see if it’s possible to fix the compatibility issues or not. I can’t promise I can make it work, as in some cases the themes just won’t work with Relevanssi. Making it work may also be so complicated that it requires extra work in addition to the Premium license.
