"Auto Post Thumnail" not working with Custom Post Types

I really love this Plugin. It’s very useful and it helps to safe time. 😉
But at the moment it’s not working with my Custom Post Types. It seems that there was a change from WP 3.1 to 3.2 which makes Problems!

It would be so great is you could update the Plugin! 😉
