I’m also using Elementor Pro + Hello theme and it broke the main product page, makes it use a different looking template and also doesn’t allow the image gallery to work if trying to get around the issue by creating a new product page template from scratch using the theme builder. The gallery displays incorrectly during editing, and the gallery doesn’t show up at all on the preview/live page.
When initially testing without using the theme builder, and just using the pre-existing product page Woocommerce template, I found the thumbnails were displaying correctly in that case, but couldn’t see the thumbnails to see what they look like when doing it via the Elementor+template method.
I’ve emailed Nikil to ask for support, but will be following/updating this thread also.

Thank you for checking this Andreas. I’ve created a static single product page with the default Woocommerce template and it seems to work as expected:

Obviously the conflict is between this plugin and Elementor’s Product Images widget. Do you also see different classes and inline styling being applied to the thumbnail wrapper:
Default classes: slick-track flex-control-nav techno_stop_slide
Elementor classes: slider nickx-slider-nav
And classes on the video’s li:
Default classes: video-thumbnail slick-slide slick-active
Elementor classes: video-thumbnail
The thumbnail li’s is also missing a wrapping ul.
Cheers
Apologies..
our plugin does not work on WooCommerce pages edited with help of any page builders (Divi Builder, Elementor Builder etc.)
I’m going to mark this as resolved – if you have any further questions, you can start a new thread.
