Hi, thanks for reaching out.
Page Builder is working with WP 5.5+. If another plugin or theme creates an error on the page it’ll prevent other plugins from using JavaScript and thereby break them.
You can start by establishing a working baseline. Temporarily switch to the Twenty Twenty theme and temporarily deactivate all plugins not authored by SiteOrigin. Is the issue resolved in this state? If so, reactivate your theme and then plugins one by one, testing for the problem after each activation.
It looks like you’re using Twenty Twenty but I included that step in case you’re troubleshooting on a separate site.
I tried this can i pass my screen to show you
https://ibb.co/GtkL8Z8 Issue is only on admin side on front end it not showing any problem
Thanks. Essential Grid is a known issue at the moment. Please, take another screenshot with all non-SiteOrigin plugins deactivated and send it, we’ll take a look.
Yes you correct so can it will not work with this plugin ?
As far as I’m aware, Essential Grid is producing errors on the page. Try reactivating the plugin, edit a page and open the console, are there errors present? Here is how to check https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/article/using-your-browser-to-diagnose-javascript-errors/#step-3-diagnosis. If another plugin produces JavaScript errors it’ll prevent Page Builder and other plugins from operating normally.
Alright. Thanks for best support.
Very cooperative support. Solve my problem in minute
Sure, no problem.
If there are errors in red text, the file path will be on the right, hover over the file name to see the full path. If the path relates to Essential Grid, please, contact the authors so that they can resolve the error.
