@murasaki1020 or @franckw did you ever get a solution or reply? I only got a reply back to pay someone for custom development of a plugin that doesn’t work, which is not something I would do for a plugin that doesn’t work correctly in the first place.
@sweetpweb Hi, I just add step quantity with 6, and minimum quantity with 6, then is works.
Please try to switch to another theme, or one of WP default themes, if the problem go away then it’s your theme issue not an issue in this plugin

@alaa-rihan You can see in the thread above that over 6 months ago someone else replied as if they had the solution so I assumed it was one of your plugin developers. I am using the very popular Avada theme but did test using twentytwentyone and the issue did not replicate. I have submitted a request with them as well.
Hello @sweetpweb @franckw @murasaki1020 , I just release a fix for this issue, the plugin will work with the themes that have custom qty buttons like Avada theme now, please try it and confirm.
