Not working with theme

Hi
I can’t get simple tooltips to work with a particular theme I’m working in.
I’ve installed in another theme and it’s working fine.

In both instances of ‘Shingle Roof’.
A tooltip appears but it doesn’t incorporate any of the styling I’ve specified in the plugin settings.
