    Hi,
    From what I can see, your theme is introducing a JS error.
    Can you try it with another theme to make sure that’s the problem?

    Actually, we bought the Zerif and we can’t change it. But, your plugin is not compatible with Zerif theme?

    The plugin shouldn’t have any problems with that theme, but there’s a JS error that seems to be coming from the theme.
    You can test your site with another theme just to be sure of what’s causing the issue.
    Anyway I suggest that you get support from the theme
