Not working with wordpress 5

Hello Dears,

I’ve installed the plugin in latest WP 5 on my localhost, i managed to set the widget with form fileds (name and email). my problem is , when i click on submit button it will redirect me to this page:

http://localhost/blog/?es_txt_name=dasdasd&es_txt_email=feras%40e.com&es_txt_button=Subscribe&es_txt_group=Test&es-subscribe=5771d00b78&es_hp_3fe4032075=

and i dont get any new subscriber in Subscribers List in the admin panel.

please help
