    All my messages go to the spam folder.
    Support is terrible and limited to articles and community data.

    Hi @chefgmo,

    • What support have you asked for? I cannot see any message from you in the support forum.
    • Are you sure you understand what Redirection for Contact Form 7 does? Our plugin does not have any effect on where your messages are going. This is totally not up to us. If your messages are going to spam, it cannot be related to our plugin in any way.

    Hi @sterndata,

    Thank you for checking this out.

    This user claimed the “support is terrible”, but he never asked us for any support. Also, he already left the same bad review on Contact Form 7 reviews a year ago, therefore we believe he just forgot he already gave this review, and came to the wrong place to give another bad review.

    We try to learn from bad reviews and improve our plugin, but this review is simply a false one.
