not WPML compatible

    Hi,
    the plug-in looks great for English website but I see it is not compatible with WPML.
    I not only mean the strings, I see that on checkout the “ask for freight” appears only on the English version of the website, while in any other language it doesn’t apperar at all

    Thank you for open ticket. For support multi language you need to use their this extension https://wpml.org/documentation/related-projects/woocommerce-multilingual/

    Let me know it works or not.

    Hi Hossain,
    I have the extension but it doesn’t work.
    The only solution I see It’s working is to enter 2 exactly shipping metods BUT You need tyo enter them in the following way:
    – example website in English and Italian
    – wpml flag = English –> go to woocommerce shipping metod and add Your “ask for freight” and save
    – after saving, change wpml flag on admin topbar to Italian and do the same (example add “chiedi una quotazione”) and save

    This is a working solution, but is not the usual way the plugin are translated with WPML

    Hi @akka2o

    I don’t know how to you translate the language. But I already tested it compatible with WPML. If I can see the way you applied, then I will be able to solve your problem. Could you record a video for translating text in freight shipping quote settings?
