A donor emailed after donating with a note about the cause. In the email, she said she emailed separately because there was no note field while donating.

Am I missing an option to display a note field or is that not an option?

HI Scott,

It’s not an option out of the box with the free plugin. You can add custom fields to your Give forms in one of two ways:
- Use our Form Field Manager Add-on
- Custom development, which we have detailed docs on that here
