notes and send invoice not working

    Hi, i want to ask whenever i input a notes, the notes won’t come out in the order, and there is no email invoice.

    1. Woocommerce version , 3.0+? and “Customer provided note:” is empty?

    2. Don’t you see button “Send Invoice”? OR you pressed this button, but nothing emailed to client?

    2. Did you fill billing email for the customer ?

    1. i use woocommerce 3.1.2,

    2. i press button send invoice and i fill billing email for the customer, but nothing emailed to client/customer

    hi

    so you need to fill both fields? “Private note” and “Customer note”(already existing) ?

    Did you get email when you open order and use >Order actions>Resend customer invoice ?

    for email its already working now, but for notes still no luck, so what is the notes field for? is it for order note?

    We fill “Customer provided note” in order.
