Nothing but a loading wheel

    I’m new to this plugin and was going to buy the plugin for the additional options, but I can’t get even the basic thumbnail to work. All that shows is a loading wheel. Can someone help me?

    Hi,

    We are sorry for the inconvenience. This problem might be a conflict with another plugin or your website theme. Do you recall installing a plugin or changing an option lately?

    Please try to deactivate the plugins one by one and check your gallery each time. See whether the problem persists after deactivating all other plugins. You can re-activate them again after you finish the troubleshooting.

    Also, please temporarily switch the website theme and check if the issue occurs.
