• I installed the plugin to speed up my website, instead it did nothing but cause problems, conflicts and critical errors.

    Although the support is prompt they are not entirely adept at solving all the issues. Its a little disappointing now but now Im hoping to get my money back after 14 days … That again is proving to be a challenge.

    We receive a lot of feedback every day, and we can confidently say that it is almost always positive, especially regarding our support team. I want to make it clear that all of us at ShortPixel are well trained and can solve any issues that may arise. We try very hard to make sure that our image optimization solutions work with any WordPress version and hosting, but as you can imagine, sometimes (very rarely) conflicts arise. Unfortunately, that was the case with you 🙁

    As for your refund, you purchased an unlimited plan and according to our terms and conditions you should not have consumed more than 1,000 credits during the current billing period. As you can understand, since you used more than 20,000, we could not issue a refund.

    However, we took into account all the circumstances and we know that you did everything in good faith and did not just try to trick the system. So, for once, we did make the refund.
