nothing happen after submit

once I install the plugin and created the form, I cannot submit the form, it’s just blinking the button and no redirection happening even after I update the link to redirect for thank you page. But I can add booking from the admin panel. I wonder why this is not working, this is a very basic functionality which should work at the first glance.
I am pleased to hear any guidance or instructions to resolve this problem.
