Nothing Happens After Adding User

Hello,

I was able to add about 12 members, then the registration form stopped working.

After inputing users details nothing happens and there are no form errors.

Howdy,

I’ve uploaded ultimatemember-pre-v.1.3.82.5 and I’m still getting the same issue.

Also now when I add a user I get an email saying user has been added but the user url in the email is:http://m40.siteground.biz/~heartcor/theaumnation.com/user// and shows my name “casper” instead of the person I entered when I view the URL. No new user get’s added in the Users section.

Please advise.

Is your site in multi-site setup? Is it behind a subdomain or directory?

Hi,

Updated 1.3.82.

Site is not behind a subdomain or directory, but I have edited the “siteurl” and “home” fields in phpmyAdmin to: http://m40.siteground.biz/~heartcor/theaumnation.com/ since there is a live “theaumnation.com.” Would that be causing an issue?
