nothing in menu editor

hello!
There is what i do:

3) change menu status to on and save settings (https://yadi.sk/i/KGl5fsAN39s7xA)
4) plugin says to create files manualy (https://yadi.sk/i/L6pmSqSj39s8PJ)
5) files created (https://yadi.sk/i/eH8B_fdl39s9Dd)
6) nothing changes (https://yadi.sk/i/DRUm6a0K39s9kv)

Questions:

a) why your plugin show as a slug names of attributes, but not a slags? (my attributes: https://yadi.sk/i/Ddbe6pNV39sBBB your plugin show as: https://yadi.sk/i/O26EzSfE39sByo)

b) i think there is a problem with non-latin characters. Or why your plugin dont work?
