I paid for 5000 sms and installed the plugin and setting at wp admin as well at your website, no sms is sent also i tried sending test sms from your website not working? what am i missing?

Hello Sathish,

As we can check you are using transactional route, but there is no template approved for your account. We request you to please login to http://www.smsalert.co.in and request the templates from Manage > Sys. Templates > Add new

Please feel free to email on [email protected] or call us on 080-1055-1055 in case of any other query.
