Nothing is working

I have already deleted (completely) and reinstalled the plugin, but it is still not working.
After setting up everything, the created new course doesn’t display, 404 error page shows instead.
I have tried using the Setup wizard too, and that is not working either: it goes through every step, and at the last step nothing happens when you click on either of the buttons, not even with a page refresh.
Is it something due to the latest update?

I reinstalled WordPress through the updates page. The problem is solved this way. No idea what was going on behind the scenes though.
I could now test the new version of the plugin.
Unfortunately, there continues to be another deal breaker problem: shortcodes (particularly H5P content) do not work in the lesson pages – I have already sent emails about this to you, and also opened an issue here earlier. Unfortunately, no solution for that, it seems.
(As a side note: I never thought selecting an lms plugin would be so tricky – almost impossible, it seems now. Each one that I think I could use – and which I could afford to pay for – e.g. this one, seems to have problems that make it impossible to use it after all. In my case, using H5P content is a must. But generally, shortcodes not working on lesson pages should be regarded as a serious problem, I think.)
