Nothing is working

Problem 1: The login form came out when I used the short code… In a different browser, I opened the site and I tried to login with a fictitious account I created… As I do not remember the password, I clicked “Forgot password”, a new page opened, I input the email to reset the password and it says I will receive an email… I never received anything.

Problem 2: I don’t even remember how I created the fictitious account, as the registration form is not working… I tried to copy/paste the short code (in WP Editor and Elementor) and I also tried to drag the widget… It doesn’t create the subscribe/register form.

If you’re using Elementor as the page Editor, then I would suggest adding the Paid Member Subscriptions Elementor widgets to display our forms. You can read more about this here.

If you still encounter issues while using the Elementor widgets, then since the issues you’ve mentioned sound like a conflict with a caching functionality, I would suggest the following:

1. Do you use any caching plugins? If so, could you please exclude our pages, the pages created with our forms, especially the page where you have the PMS Register form ( [pms-register] ) from it, and check if the issue persists?

2. If you have any caching enabled via a plugin or from your hosting, please disable them temporarily and check if the issue still persists (you can check with the hosting about this).

3. Please create a new page on your site and on this new page add only the PMS Register form and check if the issue still persists. You can also do the same for a new page where you add only the PMS Login form.

Problem 3: There is the “My Account” page with 5 tabs (Dashboard, My Listings, Favourites, Account Details and Logout) and no one of those tabs is working. Do I need to set some options or should they be directed to the proper page without doing anything from my side?

->The tabs that you’ve mentioned in the “My Account” are not something that our plugin has, this implies the My Account form you’re looking for is not created with our plugin.
