Nothing loaded

I’ ve tried all the possibilities but I have not installed FFMPEG on the webserver and I continue to see nothing. The gallery is perfectly realized but when I try to see a movie I obtain aonly a white box…..
For everything there is a reason why here every question like this has Always the same link “go to install of Cool Video Gallery” but I’m sure there is nothing there…..
