nothing on events

    Hello,
    Installed The Events Calendar 4.4.0.1 and followed the New User Primer. Everything seemed fine. Created two new events.

    But when going to /events nothing is listed except this message

    Find Events Event Views Navigation View As List Month Day Events In Search Events for January 2017 Calendar Month Navigation Monday Tuesday Wednesday Thursday Friday Saturday Sunday 26 27 28 29 30 31 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 …

    What have I done wrong?

    I also deactivated every single plugin possible

    Hi,

    Thanks for using our plugins. I can help out here.

    What theme are you using?

    If you have a theme setting set to show the archives as excerpt that is the typical result.

    Let us know the theme and we should be able to suggest a solution.

    Thanks for the reply. I found out it was a problem with the X theme. The fix is to switch from the default page template to any other page template.
