    Hi,
    i am interesting on this premium plugin. but first i want to try if it fits my needs. so i installed the free version to test. i tried to filter anything – so i created a filter-set (products) and added the shortcode [fe_widget] as shortcode in my page i want to place all products filtered by this plugin. it shows nothing.

    i read the instructions on the pro-page, but i do not find anything to display something. i need some advice to start with this plugin.

    Hi @gluehbirne

    Thank you for your interest in Filter Everyrhing plugin.

    Free version of the plugin filters products/posts only on native archive pages, but not on singular pages. So if you tried to display Filters widget on such a page, it will not show you filters.

    Please, try to insert Filters widget in the widget area (or shortcode) that locaed on your default Shop page and to test the plugin there.

    Hi @stepasyuk ,

    thanks for your reply. now it shows “no are no terms yet”. really annoying. i am on the shop-page of woocommerce and have no idea why that comes up. i defined a filter set and within that set i defined a filter rule for brands. nothing freaky actually.

    This message literally means that there is no terms for your filter yet. Possible reasons of the problem could be next:
    – you have no added Brand terms yet
    – your products have no attached Brand terms yet
    – something else

    If you provide me with link to the page with this problem, I can check it and let you know more.
