The thing is the plugin is separate from the default meta registration. It does not recognize the existed users, including the admin. I have an asgaros forum and when I set the forum’s option to show to users only, the FEU users can’t get into the forum.

That’s exactly right, that’s kind of the point of the plugin, it says it in the description:
The users are separate from the standard WordPress users, so they have no access to the back end of your site
If you’re looking for a front-end registration plugin that creates WordPress users instead, I’ve used this one in the past:

Sorry I didn’t read all the description. I don’t really need to WP registration, I hoped the FEU should allow me to somehow control the users’ access to contents in forum, but I couldn’t find anyway to do that with FEU. If there is a way, can you please tell me? Thanks for replying. I will change my rating later.

Sorry about the delay in replying, I’ve been sick. There’s not really a way to use FEU to control access to a forum; what are you using to create the forum?
