nothing works!??

Please help, anyone. I think I’m going crazy!

I’ve used this plugin before without issue, but I can’t get anything to work. I fear I’ve been checking/unchecking/changing css so much now that I may not be able to see the obvious.

Drop down isn’t showing any longer, however I never could see all of it anyway.
Can’t seem to highlight active page.
