Nothing written index.html

Good Morning. Sorry for my english but I’m using the google translator, I’m spanish. I would like to congratulate you for your fantastic plugin.
Until today the plugin has worked perfectly but it does not work anymore.

The problem is that I export everything but in the index.html there is nothing written, they are white.
The theme I use is THE7 and today it was updated, but I activated other themes that come installed in the wordpress by default to check if it was problem of the update of theme THE7 and I still give the same error with the other themes that come by default , The index.html is blank.

I also removed all the plugins that are not useful to me but there were no changes.

Could you help me please?

If you could please share with me the details requested there, such as the phpinfo(), that may speed up the solution.

@guzman88 Don’t post that here. Anything over 10 lines generally does not work.

Instead put that output into a pastebin.com link and share that link instead.

Hi all,

Just an update – I’m working on this now, debugging on an affected user’s system.

Once I’ve isolated the exact cause, a bugfix release will shortly follow and I’ll update this thread.

The issue should now be fixed in version 1.7 of the plugin, which I’ve now published.

Please upgrade and try your exports again.

Let me know if the issue is still persisting for you.

The update should be available from within your WP Admin now. Else, you may download directly from https://downloads.wp.xz.cn/plugin/static-html-output-plugin.1.7.zip
