[Notice] Development Version testing More Cleanup

Hi Everyone, I am doing a test version with even more clean up added. Now at the test version – I have added comment meta cleanup for deleted and trashed comments. Additionally will clean up stale version of Akismet details/leftover info. This also makes a lot of clean space in the DB.

I need some testers to help me out in this test version.

Please reply if you can help me test out dev versions.
