@ruhanirabin
We really appreciate your hard work to build this plugin. And let us know in which way we can help you out for testing the development version? Due to the constrains we have, we can test development version on top of XAMPP. If it works as expected then we can test by installing a dummy site on top of one of our live servers too. But it would be on LAMP only.
Now ball in your court!!!
@reviewkeys here is development version for testing..

please note wp-optimize does not work with windows server or innoDB table formats.
Thanks, appreciate the help.
@ruhanirabin
Warning messages cleared now. Both in live sites and development sites working fine with WPOptimize development v171.
But as I said before, enabling WPOptimize link on admin bar also visible to non-admin users. Hope this will be rectified in the future versions.
Will there be a version for Windows server? Thanks,
@gn4619 I don’t have the solution for windows server yet.
@reviewkeys thanks for testing it out. Apparently I tried to load user role for the link on admin bar. It seems not to be working.
@reviewkeys here is another update with few more changes .. hopefully the admin link will work as expected. (I checked with editor role- so it is only visible to admin)

Sorry, I was late because of some personal constraints.
Everything Seems to be working as expected. Now Admin link only visible to Admin and for all other user levels it will be hidden. Excellent work, keep it up!
Tests conducted both on development sites at local server, and also on one of our production site on live server with LAMP stack.
Hopefully, everything working fine with the above development version of the plugin.
Limitations of the study: Only with latest WP version 3.9 tested. Not tested with previous versions of, not even for WP v3.8.3, wordpress. Hope this info helps.
@reviewkeys, thanks a lot. I will finalize it by tonight and release update by tomorrow.
