Notices errors when the plugin is deactivated

    I’ve having a weird issue with your plugin. I’ve been testing it and now if I deactivate it, I get several errors in comments page on the admin area and in the comments widget in the admin dashboard:

    If I activate DW Q&A again, the errors disappear. I’ve disabled all plugins and switch to a default them and the issue persists.
