Apologies for creating another thread. I wasn’t able to reach you by e-mail.
I’ve experienced two problems with Ultimate Order Combination:
With “Send email notification to customer: Orders Combined” enabled I did get an e-mail on my first combination test, but not on any orders after that. And that first e-mail did not list any of the items or dollar amounts in the combined order.
With “Highest Shipping” selected the shipping cost is included from each order in the combined order, not just the highest. Sometimes the shipping is not applied to the total for the order until I click the “Recalculate” button.
