Notification doesn’t work for one user

Hello,

One of our user doesn’t receive notification when a new topic is created.

The notifications are not in its spam directory.

I have checked with him its subscription and he has well enabled “new topics & posts”.

I have done some notifications tests with other users and everything work fine.

And one other strange thing : this user is not displayed in the @ mention list .
