    Hi,

We have private website with 100+ users.
We have Notification and POST SMTP plugins. The users are imported from an Azure AD Tenant using a plugin.

When someone publish a post a notification e-mail are supposed to be send to all the user roles. But when I checked the e-mail log (in the POST SMTP plugin) it seems like it only sends the e-mail to like 10 random users. We are using office365 as SMTP provider.
So the e-mails are only sent out partially.

Any suggestions why and what to do?

    Thanks

    Hi,

There are timeouts while sending emails to so many recipients via SMTP. To be able to do that, you need to use Mailgun or SendGrid.

Still having some problems with sending out all e-mails.
I´ve tried with Mailgun with the exact same result.

I have enable “Background processing with WP Cron” in the settings.

Is there any difference between that option and and the paid extension “Scheduled Triggers”?

    Hey @tomastc

are you using our integration plugin or just sending via SMTP?

Enabling Background processing can certainly help, but if you are using just an SMTP it won’t be able to process that many recipients anyway.
