Can you see the moderators section? Add yourself to that list, and anyone else you’d like to have notifications.
Hi Alex, unfortunately I don’t know what you mean. Do you mean the moderator’s section in the Facebook Developer? I don’t see this section here.
I have added my Facebook App ID to the MySite WP Dashboard>Settings > FB Comments> Moderators …

I Have the same issue. I have put my FB id in the plugin. I am able to moderate the comments but I do not get the notification when a new comment is added. I have to click the “Comment Moderation Area” in the plugin to get to the list of all comments.
Moderation is not set within the plugin. Please go to the Facebook Comments homepage and scroll to Moderation here: https://developers.facebook.com/docs/plugins/comments
Hi, I never get notification from comments on my website. I tryed everything….
In the moderation tool I setted up my fb profile but nothing. Emails notifications doesn’t work. I’ve no idea of who comment on my website.

Okay, I’ve followed all the instructions on the developers page, and so far, they do not work.
I’ve been commenting on Huffington post, which also uses Facebook comments, and the authors on Huffington also say they do not get notifications directly to their Facebook page, UNLESS they are tagged in the comment. The annoying thing is that you can’t just @mention anyone. I tried it with analog083 on his site, and I keep getting another person. I don’t know if it’s because we are not connected, or what.
I think we will all just have to keep checking back daily to make sure all comments are read.

I’ve read on Facebook support that the problem with notifications not being sent to moderators has been a “known bug” for quite some time (a year or longer). I know this probably doesn’t help anyone in this thread, but just in case you’re searching for an answer, like I was, know that it’s not something you’ve done wrong. It’s just a weird glitch that seems to affect everyone who has created a new fb app.
Look for the Facebook Moderation tool. At least you can see if there are any pending. https://developers.facebook.com/tools/comments
