Notification I don’t understand

Hi. Lately CleanTalk has been throwing up a notification that I don’t know how to interpret. The message is:
Nov 27 2022 21:40:49: Error occurred while automatically get Access key. SERVER_ERROR NO: 5 MSG: An account sooj****@gma**.com connected to the website bespokerepairs.com already exists. Please restore access to the account here: https://cleantalk.org/my/reset_password
The email is the admin email for the website the plugin is used on. However, my cleantalk account email is not the same.
What does it mean? I followed the link and reset my password. But the message persists. What is it asking me to do?
