    How can see a ticket has recieved an update from a customer in the Dashboard?

    In the dashboard (licket list) I would like to see if a ticket has been updated by client

    How can you see that?

    The activity column (last column in the ticket list dashboard) should tell you whether the client is waiting for a reply or whether you have to reply to the client. It also tells you the age of the last reply.
